We work with artists and arts organisations to build the structure, knowledge and resources they need to support their practice over time.

From there, Vyom helps identify priorities and put practical systems in place. That could mean improving documentation, organising processes, planning finances, developing partnerships or creating a clearer approach to audience building and future opportunities.

The way an artist works matters. So the systems we introduce are shaped around their practice, identity and creative direction rather than forcing them into a standard way of working
